Jaina und Vereesa sind weit gereist aber der Himmelsbrecher hat sie an ihr Ziel gebracht: der Wyrmrest Tempel.
Jaina erbetet Unterstützung bei der Drachenkönigin Alexstraza und stimmt zu, weil sie als Lebensbinderin die Aufgabe hat alles Leben zu schützen. Und der Lichkönig Tod und Verfall vereint, was ausgelöscht werden muss.
Etwas später finden sie Aethas Sunreaver neben einem Griff welches seiner Meinung nach zu einer alten, mächtigen Waffe gehörte. Jaina und Vereesa holen Rat ein bei Korialstrasz und bringen Infomationen zurück. Bevor Aethas etwas sagen konnte, erscheint Blutkönigin Lana'thel vor ihnen und klärt sie über das mysteriöse Schwert auf.
Nachdem Jaina und Vereesa zusammen mit Aethas das antike Schwert Quel'Delar wiederherstellten, nahmen sie es mit Lana'thel auf und endeten sie für immer. Leider hatte aber Quel'Delar durch die Schmiedung durch Saroniterz noch dunkle Magie in sich. Und der Sonnenbrunnen wäre das einizige was das Schwert säubern könnte.
Dafür blieb aber keine Zeit. Sie zerstörten daraufhin eine Untotenbasis welche sie davon abhielt, einer dunklen Macht dahinter nachzugehen. Frostgram, das verfluchte Schwert, stand in der Mitte einer großen Halle und Jaina kommunizierte daraufhin mit Uther's Geist über Arthas.
Als der Kontakt abbricht, rennt Jaina den Lich König hinterher, bevor Vereesa etwas tun konnte.
Zusammen fliehten sie vor dem Lich König und der Himmelsbrecher brachte sie in Sicherheit...
The ninth chapter of the Warcraft 3 Custom Campaign "Curse of the Forsaken" by tomoraider.
Jaina and Vereesa have traveled far, but the Skybreaker brought them to their destination: Wyrmrest Temple.
Jaina enlists the support of the dragon queen Alexstraza and agrees because, as the life-binder, she has the task of protecting all life. And the Lich King unites death and decay that must be snuffed out.
A little later, they find Aethas Sunreaver next to a hilt that he believed belonged to an ancient, powerful weapon. Jaina and Vereesa seek advice from Korialstrasz and bring back information. Before Aethas could say anything, Blood Queen Lana'thel appears before them and enlightens them about the mysterious sword.
After Jaina and Vereesa, along with Aethas, restored the ancient sword Quel'Delar, they took on Lana'thel and ended her forever. Unfortunately, however, Quel'Delar still had dark magic in it due to it being forged of saronite ore. And the Sunwell would be the only thing that could cleanse the sword of it's vile magics.
But there was no time for that currently. Afterwards they destroyed an undead base which prevented them from pursuing a dark force behind it as Alexstraza had told them. Frostmourne, the cursed sword, stood in the center of a great hall and Jaina communicated with Uther's spirit about Arthas.
When contact is lost, Jaina runs after the Lich King before Vereesa could do anything.
Together they fled from the Lich King and before they got caught the Skybreaker brought them to safety...
