Warparty is a 2018 real-time strategy developed and published by Warcave and Crazy Monkey Studios. It is a traditional RTS game set in a fictionalised version of the Stone Age.
The game features base building, resource gathering, and army management. The player takes control of a caveman tribe to lead them to victory over other tribes.
Three tribes are available: the noble Wildlancers, the evil Necromas, and the vengeful Vithara, each of them with their own hero and campaign.
Warparty throws dinosaurs and supernatural elements into the mix. Dinosaurs can be tamed or killed for their meat, and often guard shrines. Shrines provide the player with power used to activate support powers and access certain technologies.
In addition to power, two more resources - crystals and food - can be harvested on the map, and are needed raise structures and train warriors. In addition to that, every player starts with a powerful hero unit.
