Let's Play Ys 8 Episode 49: Dual Consciousness
0Not as eventful of an episode but I didn't want the episode to run too long because the next episode we'll be tackling the second area of the sanctuary crypt.
But in this episode we see what our actions of saving that doe earned us in the present and we travel back to Dana's period for the first time on our own without the story requiring we do so. This unlocks us the dual consciousness feature as the rest of the game will have you swap between Adol and Dana working together to progress.
Now with the Gratika form we can make it past the windy hall to see there's an entire optional area in the chamber of braziers netting us some nice goodies and another spirit.
Also I showed off how to kill the fire birds because they will be annoying asshats in the future if you don't kill them and it's necessary to take out at least 1 for the journal.
