It's been a crazy ride. Even more so if you had been back in the 20's and had this happen to you first hand. As far as I know, nothing in the game changes at all if you play as what's-her-face, aside from a change in the character model and the reason for being there. I think she might start with her uncle's suicide note, but I'm not sure. Anyway, that's the end of the game.
