Bastion is a downloadable game originally released on XBLA and later added to Steam. The game is also now available on Google's proprietary browser, Chrome. The game follows the story of the Kid, a survivor of the world shattering 'calamity,' as he attempts to rebuild a sanctuary called The Bastion. His journey is narrated by Rucks, also a survivor, voiced by Logan Cunningham. Along the way the Kid meets other survivors who are of the fictional Ura heritage. The game addresses racial tension and the grim reality of what initially caused the 'Calamity' while still remaining somewhat light-hearted and charming thanks to its beautiful soundtrack composed by Darren Korb and art by Jen Zee. Bastion was developed by Supergiant Games, published by Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment, and written by Greg Kasavin.
