After all the madness so far we now find a potential clue to the true giver of the mark! It seems this strange alleyway has a bunch of manholes placed haphazardly and people spotted a strange woman leaving these manholes, holding a buddah statue head in her arms. Could this be where all of the desecrated statue heads were sent?

The trail leads us back to a school where an ex teacher has not only gone insane, but become a vengeful spirit due to listening to the whispers of what she believes to be the "Great Asura" which aided in her transformation. One of our assistants this time knows the woman well and she had stolen something of great value, which she'd prefer to keep us in the dark about.

Our next spirit takes us to these underground tunnels connected to that mysterious backroad where it's soon revealed that it was a decommissioned and covered up military research centre that took part in human experimentation, not unlike unit 731: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_731 Experiments too place here to butcher and sow on random anatomy to living humans in an attempt to create what they'd called the "Kannon Soldier" which was a perversion of mixing spirituality with medical science to create a kind of unstoppable golem. The researchers were all killed, but does that mean we're safe?
