I chose characters to fill the front ranks with really beefy health and the idea that they'd be hitting the pot to rescue people while still being able to hit the Hag behind it while the back ranks was set to provide support and sniping. Sadly, this selection was entirely vulnerable to having formation shuffled and the Sunken Crew does that a lot!
