What is up survivors and welcome back to another episode of #LetsSurviveInterviews. Todays episode is a really special one as I got to sit down and chat to someone that I consider to be an icon of the videogame world, that's right; The Man from Blackwater himself, Mr Rob Wiethoff, who played John Marston in the Red Dead Redemption series from #Rockstar games.
John Marston was the protagonist of the first #RedDeadRedemption, released in 2010, as well as the horror themed DLC, #UndeadNightmare and the multi-award winning prequel, #RedDeadRedemption2, which saw him shift from lead to supporting character.
I've wanted to chat to Rob for the longest time so this was so incredibly meaningful to me. We talk about how Rob landed the role of a lifetime, his relationships with fellow actors such as Steve J Palmer, Ben Davis, Peter Blomquist and Roger Clark. We talk about work and family, films and so much more.
This honestly meant everything to me and I hope you enjoy. I do admit I had the sniffles at the time and I hope that doesn't hamper yer enjoyment. I want to thank Rob from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to chat to me. I understand he is a very busy man, so to get over an hour of his time, was honestly so damn special.
