I don't know if people want to listen to this, but I want to talk about it, so I'm talking about it :) Feelings are a huge part of my life! I have great big feelings! But trying to learn to work with my emotions has been an ongoing process, and I see other people struggling with emotions in different ways. A lot of people, for example, tell me that they don't feel comfortable sharing their feelings or crying about sad things. And I think it would be healthier and happier for all of us if we could have a healthier relationship with our emotions! So let's talk about our feelings!
