Check.
Stupid amounts of enemies with placements that means you will get hit regardless of what you do?

A boss that requires you to rapidly bash buttons at random before it kills you in a couple of seconds?

Wait what?

The solution to the boss... that I forgot to mention in the video, is:
Hold Right. Bash both Attack and Jump buttons together. (In my case it was B and C)

There are tales of people reaching that boss only to never figure it out. I can see why.
