Capitalism II is the sequel to---wait for it---Capitalism. It was released in 2001.
The player is tasked with creating a business empire. This is an in-depth strategy simulation game that covers many aspects of business, including marketing, purchasing, importing, manufacturing and retail sales.
There are two types of campaigns: Capitalist and Entrepreneur, as well as a tutorial. Gameplay is quite similar to the gameplay of the original.
