Let's Try: CONSCRIPT, The Supper, and Bonbon

CONSCRIPT asks the question: What if Resident Evil, but: instead of zombies, it's Germans, and instead of a spooky house, it's the trenches of WWI! That's sort of what CONSCRIPT is, in a nutshell. It takes a tried and tested formula of survival horror, and places it in a very terrible setting: War! You're part of the french army trying to fend off the Germans from taking your current trench line. Things quickly go poorly, and you decide to dip out and find your brother. It escalates from there. I gotta say: I really enjoyed my time with CONSCRIPT, though the combat really takes some getting used to.
The Supper is a bite-sized adventure game, and it's charming as hell. I loved this game from start to finish: the artwork, the writing, the puzzles such as they are; it's all fantastic. It makes sense, since the author of The Supper also wrote The Midnight Scenes, which are also fantastic.
Bonbon is... an experience. I honestly am not sure what the hell I played there. It is some sort of childhood-based horror, and I think it has to do with abuse? Honestly I dunno what this was, but I will say: that jumpscare got me real good.
