Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to play Bejeweled and Bloons at the same time, whilst also reading a choose-your-own adventure book in-between waves? No? Well too bad, because now you can!
CrossOver: Roll for Initiative's premise is silly: lightning strikes your house (I think) and causes the monsters that were once in your pc to spawn on your actual desktop. You have to match dice in the dice tray in order to power moves on your character sheet to then attack the monsters. Your character sheet is also what's getting attacked, meaning that your stats, skills, summons, and more are all under siege.
I will speak plainly: this game is manic. You have to move fast, you have to make smart moves, and it's basically impossible to do anything else whilst you are under attack. It is a stressful, dramatic sort of game that demands your focus and attention. It was also a lot of fun.
