Intake is a music based shooter made by Cipher Prime Studios. The game is described as the fusion of ikaruga and doctor mario, and feels like somewhere close to a mechanically deeper version of Fruit Ninja, and drug themed.
The game has fantastic visual polish and mechanically is extremely successful at what it tries to do- but it does feel like a game that would be better on a mobile platform than a computer. And could probably use a more robust library of songs.
WARNING: If you have any sort of hand or wrist injury or condition, do not buy or play this game. It quickly made my entire right hand and wrist hurt as this game is comprised of many quick movements over an extended period of time- with no real breaks, and will seriously exacerbate carpal tunnel or a similar issue.
