Let's Try Nova Drift

Nova Drift is a fun little arcadey rougelite shoot-em-up with a healthy splash of neon and synth scoring underpinning a chaotic gauntlet of enemy ships, natural hazards and honking great boss fights.
As of now, the game is still a little shallow, only offering an endless mode without a definable 'goal' beyond getting to the furthest point in the wave cycle, but for an easy to pick up distraction to burn a spare half hour, it's a solid choice. The extra mutators and ability to escalate the difficulty does offer some ways to freshen up the experience, but I'd personally more prefer a more tangible end goal.
It also looks like the devs are pursuing a console option, particularly the Switch, which seems like the perfect fit for a game like this. If it happens, and you're looking for something for your Switch, this is most likely going to be right up your alley.
