On 31 January Second Front will be released. It is a WW2 turnbased tactical wargame with hexgrid. It is named after the Soviet demand to open a second front in Europe. Second Front is developed by austrian two-men indiedev Hexdraw and published by Microprose.

This video features a short introduction and the first German scenario. Prior to recording, I only played through all the tutorials. The game offers 48 scenarios, several campaigns and also the tutorial scenarios! In the meantime, I have continued playing and I think in order to play the tutorials and scenarios, let alone the campaigns, you will have way more than 50hrs of fun! Thanks to the Highscore System and the fact that enemy units are not always placed at the same spot in a scenario, there is lots of replayability value, too. Some scnearios you will have to replay anyway, because they are tough. But there is an autosave-system per turn in place, too.
