I'm imagining that the wall of honor here representing fallen agents is probably a list of people who backed at a certain level in the game. There's a lot of games that do little things like this for their backers. Most notably from my own channel, I read a lot of backer memorials on Pillars of Eternity, some of which were actual memorials for a person who had died.
