I really wasn't expecting a massive clog of....stuff. It's a good example of the dividing line between horror and comedy. This could easily have been a humorous moment, and I suppose it could still be looked at in that regard, but it's still a pretty horrifying bit of moon logic with all the rest of the context going on.
