On entering the Voyager Cluster I get a message asking me to find and disarm a Nuke. I start by exploring Agebinium and find a beacon that leads to a mine, which makes it very clear the nuke has been deliberately moved inside by someone. Once inside we are confronted by a hologram of a Pirate (Arrr Matey!) called Haliat who wanted to trap and kill Shepard with the Nuke because the Alliance whooped his ass at some point and Shepard is the Alliances most awesome person so VENGEANCE! Or... something. So he starts the countdown on the bomb which is literally easier to disarm than some crates that FemShep has broken into then she walks out and gets shot in the head by a sniper. Erm. Take Two. She walks out and sneaks inside the Mako and takes him and his men by surprise and kills them all then goes and collects space junk from across the planet before leaving.
We go to the Yangtze System and start exploring Binthu which has Cerberus bases on it. We eliminate the threat in one lab but there are yet more...
