I always liked Lord Bulbin, he's big, nasty, and can survive ANYTHING. Just like before the trick is to stay behind him, but this time he is smarter and can turn faster, or just swing with a REALLY large arc and try to catch you in it. But using your Hidden Skills like they are free will help you through anything!
Next we went into the Castle, the initial room doesn't make much sense, just think of all the Chandeliers as things you can grab with the Clawshot, and you'll be fine.
