Okay, all the Zora's are good and...WHAT IS THAT?!

It's a ...pretty...but dead...Zora...lady...That justifies the title! Apparently this is Queen Rutela, she was executed in front of the Zora people to serve as a message. And she wants us to save her son and in return we get the ability to swim, totally worth it!
