Whoa! It gone dark now. Make sure you get the Electric Powerup before starting! The moment you get to the bottom of the well hit the yellow block. First Crystal!

Dedede....break the rock! I'm using a Sith Mindtrick! Fool! There's some nice stuff in this area, so make sure to explore...But more importantly when your in the water go all the way to the left, next crystal!

The next crystal you needed requires cutter, so make sure to grab that, or just add your lightning to cutter like I did. There's a lot of other stuff too by the way. But you know what is important? Crystals. Get back to work.
