Litir doesn't have the best gameplay, everything is pretty much just going straight forward. Which is something I'm really not a fan of, the most complex/fun part of this level is probably the dual and thats pretty much as simple as a dual can get.
For the deco Fishdot went with a modernistic style, for the first part (0%-21%) the background looks static, Fishdot tried to add movements by making the crosses in the background rotate, but it didn't really work. The blocks also look very repetitive since every single one is pretty much the same, I like the shade of purple/blue/green that was used though and it fits the modernistic style pretty well.
The 2nd part of the level is much better in my opinion, the background in the dual still feels a bit static but less than before. And in the next part after the dual the background isn't static anymore. The color usage in the dual looks good, how the color of the bg in the bottom is the color of the blocks on the top and the opposite with the opposite color. I also think that turning of glow on the spikes would make it look cleaner and better. Same applies for the colors in the ball, they also look very good.
The next parts are also the same, blocks look better and they feel way less static.
One thing I didnt really like is the amount of transitions that were pretty much just black, only one that wasn't this was the one with the name of the level but even so it was still just black outside of that.

Total: 4/10 | Maybe deserves a star rate but I'm not too sure. It isn't up for me to decide though, you'll have to wait and see what the mods think.
