In this video, I do a run in an updated Liberty with a Nova LFS on new route B39. The B39 replaced the X1 as the route that crosses the East River and operates between the Navy Pier in Mediaboro and the Portland Terminal in Brook

In real life, the B39 does basically the same thing, operating from Williamsburg Bridge Plaza in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan. The only difference is the real B39 goes directly onto the bridge whereas this B39 goes local in Brook and Crosses a local bridge

As you figured, Portland Terminal acts as Williamsburg Bridge Plaza.
