In the final part of Episode 1, Chloe and Rachel almost have a falling out after Rachel experiences an incomprehensible mood swing. However, after letting off some steam, both girls eventually reconvene and Chloe learns the real reason behind her new friend's sudden gloominess. Unfortunately, she also finds out that she is far from the only person in the world to let personal traumas goad her into socially irresponsible behavior... Fleshing out the episode is also a piece from the "Farewell" DLC, presented here as a nostalgic flashback into the past of Chloe and Max, the aspiring young pirates.
