Outside the dorm, you will see Samuel sitting on a bench, talk to him choose 'Animals' option then 'Squirrels'

He will throw some food on the ground luring a Squirrels over. Now interact with the box next to him 'lure'.

A second squirrel will appear. Take a photo of them both.
