100:00 - If you choose to romance Steph throughout the game this is the vision of the future Gabe will show Alex. If you are nice to Steph thoughout the game, this tends to be the default ending so even if you choose not to give anyone the rose at the spring festival, this is the ending you will see. If you want to secure this ending then give Steph the rose and choose to kiss her at the rooftop meeting in chapter 4.
06:04 - After Gabe's vision of Alex's future you will be given the choice of "Stay in Haven" or "Seek Adventure" as we've already watched the vision of staying in Haven, if you choose "Seek Adventure" you will get a glimpse of Alex and Steph's life on the road. Everyone that sided with Alex in the last chapter will be there to see them off.
09:35 - If you choose to romance Ryan throughout the game this is the vision of the future Gabe will show Alex. If you are nice to Steph thoughout the game and choose not to give anyone the rose at the spring festival, you will see the Steph ending. If you want to secure this ending then give Ryan the rose and choose to kiss him at the rooftop meeting in chapter 4. If you don't persuade Ryan to side with you at the end of the game (You persuade him by getting Ducky, Charlotte, Eleanor and Pike to side with you) then you have to forgive him when he shows up at Alex's door to get this ending.

19:40 - If you want Alex to end up with neither Ryan or Steph at the end of the game, this is more difficult to achieve than you may think. The easiet way seems to be to romance Ryan by giving him the rose at the festival and choosing to kiss him at the rooftop meeting in chapter 4. Make sure you don't get Ducky, Charlotte, Eleanor and Pike to stand up for you in the final chapter and then choose to not forgive Ryan for not siding with you.
