Life is Strange: True Colours Walkthrough - Chapter 5 Side B - Steph Romance - Part 2
000:00 - Alex will gate crash the Typhon meeting and tell everyone the truth about Jed. The dialogue options here don't ultimately matter to the story outcome. The characters will either stand up for Alex or Jed depending on your decisions during the game. If you followed this guide, everyone should stand up for Alex.
10:25 - Alex will then ask Ryan to make the difficult decision of either believing her or his Dad. If more than half of the characters stood up for Alex, Ryan will believe her. If more than half believed Jed then Ryan will also believe his Dad's side of things.
11:50 - Alex will then use her powers to break Jed, there are some dialogue options you can choose here that will change the stats at the end of the chapter. At the end Alex will also have the chance of telling Jed whether she forgives him or condemns him. Again this just appears as a stat at the end of the chapter rather than having an impact on the story.
24:05 - When you gain control of Alex in the apartment, head over to the table at the back of the room and use Alex's powers on the Bomber Jacket hanging on the back of the chair. This is the 37th achievement of the game "You're A Helldiver Now". Finding this memory will also unlock the 38th achievement "Emotional Unearthing" for unlocking all of the memories in Chapter 5 and the 39th "Haven Historian" for finding all of the memories in the game.
25:20 - Alex can also sit on the bed to have a moment of reflection, this is one of the stats at the end of the chapter. When you're ready to progress the story, head upstairs and there will be a knock at the door.
27:20 - Whoever you chose to romance in the game will be at the door, in this playthrough it will be Steph, who let's Alex know that she wants to be with her whether she wants to stay in Haven or leave to pursue a career in music.
30:20 - Alex will end up on the roof garden, discussing all of her options with the memory of Gabe. He will ask Alex what she wants for her future, with your choices boiling down to wanting to play music, wanting to belong somewhere, or wanting to help people. You don't have to make a specific decision yet, just choose the dialogue options you want for your version of Alex. Gabe will show Alex what her life could be like if she chooses to stay in Haven.
40:20 - Eventually you will be prompted to make the final decision in the game. You must decide whether Alex stays in Haven or pursues a life of adventure. There is no good or bad choice here, both seem like good choices for Alex. The various scenes will change depending on who you romanced, as well as who left Haven and who stayed. I went with "Seek Adventure" first.
45:09 - If you want to choose "Stay in Haven", we have already watched what Alex's life would be like during the conversation with Gabe so you will get a shorter scene. The 40th and final achievement "The Only Promise Is The Adventure" will unlock when you complete Chapter 5 and the game overall.
