Flint stops at a gas station to call Human Shrek about how things are going in Green Hills. However, while Flint is calling Human Shrek, Lightning sees a cool bar, and despite being told to stay in the car, Lightning sneaks into the bar. Human Shrek tells Flint about Balthazar and King Candy asking questions about terrorism, and Balthazar takes the phone and tells Flint that he's coming for him. Flint hangs up before Balthazar says what he'll do to him when he catches him. Then, Flint finds Lightning in the bar, and initially tells him that they're leaving, but when Lightning makes a bucket list and knows that he missed his chance to do so much stuff, he and Flint stay a little longer so that Lightning can do things on his list.
