As Day 3 starts, Lightning changes her wardrobe a little bit so that she can employ Fire and Fira attacks.

Then, she uses the teleporter to return to her previous location in Jagd Village, the Wildlands (time 1:47). She started the quest "The Hunter's Challenge" in video #029. The first part of this quest involves getting three bits of Monster Mince from Valis and Hanumans. Hanumans are tough, so I recommend only targeting the Valis.

In the Jagd Woods, she wastes little time beginning to collect Chocoborel mushrooms. During the day, she will encounter Rafflesias, which drop Slug Sweets. Rafflesias are very weak to fire attacks. Valis tend to appear in good numbers, too, providing a source of Monster Mince.

There are also large numbers of Dryads. Naturally, these creatures are weak to fire attacks. They can easily be hunted to extinction, which is sure to make our Moogle friends happy. They also provide a decent amount of EP for keeping Chronostasis going.

Up in the Moogle Village, which seems to be abandoned during the day, Light can find some Platinum Ore (time 14:57). Not sure how rare that is.

When she has enough Monster Mince from Valis, Lightning heads back in the general direction of Jagd Village. On the path behind the village, she can collect another bit of Forest Fertilizer (time 22:00).
