We are currently in a New Game+ to earn outstanding trophies. Lightning has upgraded 29 accessories so far; just one to go. She has gathered Fireworks to add some zest to the nightly show in the Augur's Quarter. Now, Director Sarzhak wants her to take part in a special tournament in the Slaughterhouse.

At the Slaughterhouse, Lightning talks with the mistress of ceremonies herself, Slaughterhouse Zoe (time 2:37). This activates the quest "The Fighting Actress."

First up, Lightning must battle a pack of Ghost Gremlins (time 4:02). AOE attacks like Blitz are helpful. Lightning earns a Bronzed Medal for this fight.

In the second round, Lightning has to fight an Anubys of the Abyss (time 5:56). The reward is a Silvered Medal.

The final round is against a Zaltys Brimstone (time 7:52). Actually, this critter is weak against ice attacks.

After the competition, LIghtning receives her rewards from Slaughterhouse Zoe (time 9:51).

Another scene results when Lightning returns to the Augur's Quarter (time 12:52).

After changing into Midnight Mauve, Lightning must speak with Director Sarzhak (time 15:20). She will have to wait until 3:00 AM. So, Sarzhak was not oblivious to Lightning's intentions. He gives her the Femme Fatale weapon.

Afterwards, it is time for a show that the folks of Yusnaan will not soon forget (time 18:04). It's a pretty interesting cutscene. The starting dance reminds me a bit of Edea's dancers in Final Fantasy VIII.

After the scene, Lightning is in the Patron's Palace's Hero's Garden (time 22:44).

In the garden, she finds some Soul Seeds after clearing a Chaos Infusion (time 24:23). Soul Seed tally: 18.

In the southwest corner, she finds a treasure ball (time 25:15). It used to contain the Thorn of Courage. Now, it holds 1,500 gil.

She picks up a Statue Fragment (time 25:43).

The main doorway leads inside to the Gallery of Delights (time 28:58).

Lightning runs into a Chaos Infusion when she reaches the starting area, the Ballroom (time 30:29). Controlled by a lone Niblet? Really? Soul Seed tally: 20.

From the Ballroom's upstairs balcony, Lightning makes her way east into the Passageway (time 33:42).

When she reaches the door, she uses the ID Card to open it (time 39:51).

Shortly afterward, she uses the first switch to open a gate (time 41:09).

To the east, there is a treasure ball on the upper level (time 43:27). It contains a Flamestrike Lv. 2.

To the south, the second switch for the second gate is on the upper pathway (time 46:28).

On a balcony across to the north, there is a treasure ball (time 47:25). It contains a Heavy Guard Lv. 2.

In the southwest room, Lightning finds the third switch for the nearby gate (time 48:42). Also, she finds a treasure ball. This upgrades the Frostbane Choker to the Frostbane Choker+. It now provides ice damage resistance of 55%, rather than 50% before.

The player earns the trophy "Expert Craftsman" for performing 30 accessory upgrades!

A guard to the north offers to help Light by supplying her with items (time 49:42).

For the last trophies, Lightning customizes one of her garbs (time 52:19). This earns the player the "Novice Artist" trophy. The "Eternal Light" trophy is for getting all other trophies in the game.

Then, we go over the new trophies gained since completing the game (time 53:47). And maybe a few others in the same group.

And getting all the trophies unlocks a new garb in the trophy store (time 55:49). The new garb is the Pallas Athena, which comes with the Heroic Guard Lv. 1 ability. Looks pretty cool.
