LinkedIn has added new AI features to help both applicants and recruiters. They’re rolling out AI-assisted resume and cover letter writing, as well as career coaching with an AI agent. They’ve also developed tools for recruiters to sift through resumes and find the right applicants. And while this will make the job search less tedious, at what point does it all become robots hiring other robots?
