Today I am looking at the latest XeSS 1.3 upscaler from Intel. I have seen many videos showing the image quality improvements and I decided to do a performance improvement test, comparing it with the older versions from XeSS 1.0 to 1.2. It is very easy to install, as simple as just downloading the dll and then replacing it within the game folder.
