Skullgirls is a 2D fighting game with high quality background art, high definition 2D sprites and smooth animation.
The gameplay is based on tag battle team and heavily balanced through frequent update patches. The game features 8 characters (+5 upcoming DLC Characters), classical 6 buttons gameplay (3 punches + 3 kicks), arcade and story mode, versus mode (vs AI, local play and online lobby) training mode + tutorial, and some extra contents (art gallery, music test).
