In this recording, I was showing you how to be a smarter PC Builder. I covered why I don't think you need Liquid Cooling. If you want to then by all means its your PC, your prefence. I am just trying to save you money. The price difference between a good Air Cooler vs Liquid is about $40.
After I got done talking about fans, I side tracked a little to talk about another Website Confusion that occurs with the motherboard. I forgot to mention it but, you only get the expensive motherboards like that if you are over clocking. You can manage on a cheaper one if you wish to save money (and aren't overclocking).
