A lot of people seem to sleep on Lisa, but I think she has some serious potential. She applies Electro very quickly and she can use this to get a lot of damage through elemental reactions like Electro-Charged and especially Overloaded. In this video, I will give you guys some tips on what weapons, artifacts, and which talents you should focus on for Lisa depending on how you plan on using her. The build that's best for you depends on how active your Lisa is doing attacks and what reactions you are using. It can get really tricky since choosing between investing more in elemental mastery, energy recharge, or damage is tough.
