Rosaria came out today, and as your 4-star guy, I felt like it was my duty to get her right away and level her up to get a better idea on how to use her even though I don't think she is a "must have" character. In this video, I summon on her first banner and try her out once on various challenging content in the game and see how well she does. I think she is very good as a damage dealer and possibly as a Cryo support, but not unique enough to make her a character you need to summon immediately.
