Little Big Planet Custom Level: The Midnight Trail
9Well, here it is! The Midnight Trail: My third Little Big Planet level. When I finally found out where lights were hidden (objects menu, NOT in the tools bag like everything else), I started experimenting with them. Reading Charles Frazier's novel Cold Mountain definitely inspired this level. In the novel, wounded confederate soldier Inman flees the hospital at night, and the descriptions of fog and light during those scenes were very detailed.
Building point blank is easy, but getting stuff to do what you want it to on a scale like this takes time. It's a bit simpler than my other levels, but I'm sure the design is strong (and varied) enough. My PSN ID is, of course, mariomguy, and I'd appreciate any feedback to help me with my future levels!
