This video was born out of the belief some people hold that I can only play Nintendo games and I suck at everything else. Truth is, I love a variety of games. Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, Halo (the first one), and Grand Theft Auto (S.A.) are some of my all-time-favorites. When I stepped up for a challange of their choosing, I got a slew of responses and decided to pick Ninja Gaiden.

It doesn't start to get frustrating until the mentor (3rd) difficulty, but it's very fast-paced and the enemies are quite intelligent with huge movesets at their disposal. You have to be on your toes constantly during combat to avoid certain death even at the 2nd setting. The enemies get smarter, stronger, tougher, and quicker as the difficulty increases one notch, and there's 4!

All in all, the difficulty is more about reflexes and quick thinking, and while the design is tight, it's certainly do-able. I can complete this difficulty ("Warrior") without dying, and "Mentor" if given enough time. Haven't bothered to attempt the last one, I doubt that'll go well.
