3218-Bit Eric reviews Little Inferno on the Nintendo Switch. Little Inferno has made it’s way to the Nintendo Switch. This game came out a few years ago, on various platforms including the Wii U which I reviewed a in 2013, and was pleasantly surprised at how addictive of a game it was.
In fact, I dare you to try this game out and not have fun with it. Let’s be honest. At first glance, people will think, oh great, this is a game about sitting in front of a fireplace and burning things? That is a fair assumption, however Little Inferno is an absolute joy to play.
You play as a character who just got a brand new Little Inferno Entertainment fireplace, and are encouraged to immediately start burning things in order to keep warm. You will quickly run out of items and From there, you are offered a catalog that allows you to buy more items to burn. You'll have to wait for a meter to fill before your items arrive in the mail.Simple enough concept on how to play. Nothing fancy, nothing out of the ordinary. Point, click, toss in fire.
On Nintendo switch, using the single joy con to control the game is amazing. These things work really well for this game, much better than the wii remotes we had to use with the Wii U version.
