*** Little Nightmares Story Explained! Let's Look at the Facts! ***
What secrets are hiding in the depths of the Maw? Let's find out!
1. We know that Six starts off her adventure in the Prison of the Maw. She encounters the Janitor, who wraps up children in white bandages.
2. There are Twin Chefs who work tirelessly to prepare food in their kitchen, and they have sharp eyes and a lust for blood and gore.
3. The Maw is visited by a hoard of hungry guests known as "The Guests", and they come to the Maw to eat as much as they can.
4. The Lady, a geisha-like character who we see in the nightmare at the start of the game, can be found at the end of the game watching over the Guests and humming her signature song.
At the beginning of Little Nightmares, Six ventures through a Prison area to make her way to the upper levels. As we continue through Six's adventure, we find out that the Janitor uses bandages to wrap up children whom he captured in metal cages and hooks them to a conveyor.
Later on, as we do our best to escape from the Janitor, we find that the conveyor is potentially connected to the same one we see transporting similar looking wrapped up sacks, and they all lead to the kitchen.
The bundles are then dropped from the hook into a storage area that connects to the kitchen, and the Twin Chefs can access this area to load up a cart with these bundles.
The Maw is a complicated piece of machinery, and must have some kind of fuel source. The purpose of the Maw is to accept more and more Guests as they continue to visit, feeding them more and more to keep them there for good. How does this keep the Maw fueled, though?
I believe that the answer lies with the Lady.
