Although there are no tutorials [or at I least I didn't try searching], the track editor is fairly easy to get into.

The only somewhat annoying thing is that the buttons listed on the bottom are but very basic. There's a point in the video where I get stuck trying to figure out how to clone an object, but this is a beta so shit like that is expected.

What is shown in the video is a very small basic track I created.

I didn't touch any of the complex stuff as this is my first time creating a track on LBPK and I don't have much experience making LBP levels [although it does look fun].
