Now the question is why we don't feel such a fast movement?
The answer to this question lies in the natural way the earth moves. As an example, suppose you are traveling in an airplane that is flying at a constant speed and at the same altitude. You are walking on the floor of the plane. At these moments you will not feel the ship moving at such a high speed and will not feel any movement because you, everything inside the ship and the ship are all moving at the same speed. If you want to evaluate the speed, you have to look out the window of the plane at the clouds which will give you a sense of motion.
Something similar is the case with the earth. The Earth completes one full cycle in its orbit in about 23 hours and 56 minutes, rotating at approximately the same speed. One way to feel the movement of the earth is to feel the movement of the air on your face.
If the Earth were to change its trajectory, we would certainly feel it, but none of us would be around to feel it and describe it. It will be like 465 for us
To destroy this system, an external force would be required which would destroy the constant speed and particular path, the orbit, under the simple system, and all the planets, their moons and all the objects in the solar system would be thrown out of their respective orbits. will collide with each other.
This is the point which is described in Surah Takweer as when the sun will be without light. The stars will fade, the mountains will fly away like cotton balls, the favorite animals will be ignored, the war animals that are used to living separately will gather together. (Water leaving its constituents and changing into hydrogen and oxygen) The seas will burst into flames.
It may be noted here that the Earth's speed is slowly and imperceptibly slowing down and this is due to the Moon's gravity pulling the Earth slightly out of its orbit. This is the reason why extra seconds are added to the clocks. go And it is called a leap second because the speed of the earth is decreasing by two thousandths of a second in a day. Since two thousandths of a second does not have any special meaning in our daily life, we do not even notice it and commonly call the speed of the earth "constant speed".
