Got an hour before the next job comes in, so using it to install a working SMC on to an 820-3437 that I cannibalised a few weeks ago to get a job out the door.

This time the SMC reballing went a lot better; combination of drying the paste out a bit (250'C) and then dropping the reballing to 420'C but only 20lpm air. Seems to have done the trick with this new paste.
