If you're having issues with stream chat displaying in Youtube Live Control Room for Mobile, this may be a solution for you. Simply scroll to the top of the screen, hit the three dots, and make sure that "Desktop site" is selected. I have no idea why this stream chat won't display unless it's desktop mode, but it worked for me, and I wanted to share in case it works for you!
