I'll start with the CONS today:
- there is no voice acting in DLC, only text
- the DLC story was certainly NOT written by the same person who wrote Disciples: Liebration
- is short, about 3 hours

PROS:
- it's still Disciples: Liberation with a lot of improvements from patch 1.2
- new units look GREAT
- the new locations ("dungeons") also look very good

SUMMARY
- if you haven't played the game yet, it is probably worth waiting for the complete edition with DLC, or try the STEAM demo https://bit.ly/Disciples_Liberation_STEAM
