Welcome back to a classic level 4 New Zealand lockdown. Admittedly the NZ lockdown update was a few weeks ago now and level 4 has been extended in Auckland, but we filmed this vlog a few weeks back. So while the rest of the country is free from isolating and in Level 2 right now, Auckland is still at level 4.
There's a different feel to isolating this time, a bit less unease, something NZ has been through before and we'll come out the other side once again... but still, no one like to be isolating at home for this long and life is pretty mundane to be fair.
Hope you enjoy a bit of a casual ride along with us kinda vlog anyway, we really are blessed to be in NZ for lockdowns like this and have such amazing places on our doorstep to explore. Auckland might not have the best rep right now, but being able to walk in Cornwall Park on a stunning day is something we massively appreciate!
