Great visuals, good overall voice acting. Gameplay is the standard CoD. The story was disjointed, cumbersome, predictable, and had some severe gameplay misdirection issues. The game is packed to the gills with online content. My personal favorite is now you can fight bots in multiplayer which means I don't have to play against humans anymore and feel inferior. There is the usual online stuff but it was a better more open leveling system and unlocks. Also it has a replay theater mode for reviews. Personally, I do notice a slight unpolish smoothness in the engine when compared to Modern Warfare 2. I also don't really dig dated weaponry, granted it's not that dated.

The game has some audio popping issues in and out of cutscenes. Visuals and voice acting are bland. The game sports no map whatsoever which makes finding the collectables a real chore and not worth it. Some mission force you to use certain parts which got to be annoying. There are also on foot segments that play like a basic third person shooter and were not needed. The story was very textbook and uninteresting. At the very least you can customize you mechs to suite your play type. I was happy that the game isn't numbered in the series. I loved 3, played 4, wished for them to release 5, and am eagerly awaiting the return to RTS in 6.
