Max and Chloe reunite after five long years. Its messy and complicated. Chloe suffers from severe abandonment trauma, first losing her Dad to a car accident, then losing Max to Seattle and dealing with her lack of communication, and finally with Rachel's disappearance. Worst of all, she has no environment within which it is safe for her to process any of it. However, she does seem to be positively affected by knowing that Max saved her life.
