Longplay a Indie | The Drifter (2025)[Chapter7of9] Locked in a Bunker ... filled with secrets
So what can you say more since we like ended it ... "Nightmare Frames" from 2022 ... even if it also had this padded logic was sane enough to let you get it ... here ... well , they had a good hook at start that falls on its face, how linear this game is with its script logic ... that wanted to give you thing BIG EXPLOSIVE ending to wash away its meh side , that it borrowed its story from the Philip.K.Dick inspired movie "Next" from 2007... and when you pass chapter 5 ... this game is well , by the numbers ... with and ending that should not have a epilogue ... making it be like the Terry Gilliam movie "Brazil" from 1985 ... and its ending that one side wanted a Happy End ... the other a Realistic End ...
Guess what end this game has ... yeah ... at least you can say it was a good distraction ... too bad its story and setting, are forgettable in a week or two ... compared to "Cat Lady", or its Sequel "Lorelai" ... or its story sequel called "Burnhouse Lane" ... In other words, you can have good Pixel adventure Visuals and OST... but what matters the most its the story ... it has to grip you to make you remember ... this product existed ... and it does not have a story that good to be this type of game ...
